The account of Tim Walters, the self-proclaimed co-founder of ReOpen Maryland, reveals him to be the most selfish, narcissistic and irrational person not currently occupying the White House (The Capital, June 27).

While he undoubtedly considers himself a great patriot exercising the freedom guaranteed by the Constitution, it is clear that he either never read that document or doesn’t understand even the Preamble. There is no “Iâ€, “me†or “mineâ€. There is “We the people…â€
