As Managing Partner of Total Fitness at South River, Jen has navigated successfully the effects of the COVID-19 healthcare issue on the fitness industry. Additionally, she is partner in other business investments including Sweeties on the Creek. Prior to managing the family businesses and investments, she was appointed at Department of Human Services as Director of Communications for Baltimore City Department of Social Services and before that she was appointed as Director of Community Outreach in the Office of the Secretary, where she supported local DSS outreach activities and helped launch the Maryland Commission on Caregiving.
Jen began her on-air personality career at WFMD after completing her role at Mission of Mercy, a nonprofit healthcare organization. There she served as Maryland/Pennsylvania Executive Director to transform the organization’s financial stability. She was proud to provide the vision to expand the much-needed dental services, serving the indigent and underinsured. Before moving to Frederick, Jennifer lived in Annapolis and had her own fashion company, LushStyle Collections after acting as District Manager with Worth Collection, providing image consulting and high-end clothing to working professionals.
Her extensive sales and marketing career began in L.A., New York and Atlanta regions working with top entertainment brands including: Hanna-Barbera, Warner Brothers, Paramount, and Disney, to name a few.
